Return & Refund Policy

Because every Alpha Cherubim item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at alphacherubim127@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to resolve it.
